"The 1st Tipanud Festival of Davao del Norte"- A gathering of the different tribes (Mansaka,Mandaya,Sama,Dabawnon,Mangguangin,Ata-Manobo, and Kalagan) of this province with this year's theme "Lumadnong Panagtigum: Panghiusa alang sa mas malambuon ug malinawong Probinsya sa Davao del Norte" which means in english- Tribal Festival: Unity towards a progressive and peaceful Province of Davao del Norte. Each showcasing their unique traditions in their Ethnic Presentations.
Venue of the event is at the Davao del Norte Sports and Tourism Village in Tagum City, Davao del Norte.
