Kahayag(Light) Festival 2014 of Carmen, Davao del Norte
My club in Davao del Norte covered this event and indeed it was a very colorful opening with a dazzling fireworks display to cap it all up.
The Carmen Town Plaza turned into a dazzling array of colorful Christmas Trees and Belens (Nativity scene).
